Display all images attached to the page in a gallery using WordPress built-in functionality

Display a gallery inside any of your pages. Specify the set of images you want to display and a few other options, like number of columns, order of images and how you want the images linked.

 

3 Columns, Thumbnail Images

Embed a gallery that automatically includes all images attached to a page. If images have captions, the gallery automatically displays those. The gallery scales down to fit the available space. So the same gallery from above when placed in a half column, will get smaller to fit.

Options

  • columns – number of columns used to display the images (default is “3”)
  • link – how each image is linked (default is “file”)
  • orderby – how to order images (ID, menu_order, rand, title +ASC, DESC – default is menu_order ASC, ID ASC)
  • size – size of images (thumbnail, medium, large, full – default is thumbnail)
  • id – gallery displays images attached to this page (default is current page)
  • include – include specific images (specify attachment IDs separated by comma)
  • exclude – exclude specific images (specify attachment IDs separated by comma)
